I have to say I am starting to feel a little better. I have been gauging my rib pain by how horrible it feels when I sneeze. The first sneeze last week almost killed me the pain was so bad, but today all it did was make me want to cry. So I would have to say I must be getting better.
Went to the doctor today and he said it could be a month or more before my ribs are healed to a point where I am feeling back to myself again. Oh joy.
So I decided that since modern medical science cannot seem to do anything for broken ribs I would start to look for some alternative healing help. I have been looking into quartz crystals. I am so sick of being cooped up in the house. And now the weatherman is threatening me with horrible weather. Last weekend we saw how an ice storm literally froze the mid-west. Heck, it looked like Mr. Freeze from Batman hit the area with his freeze ray. The poor folks in three states, which have now declared states of emergency, are sending their bad weather my way.
I don’t want to be stuck in the house with freezing cold temperatures outside and ice and snow swirling around me. I want to be somewhere warm.

Looks like Jodie foster may have just outed herself after all these years of wondering. During her recent acceptance speech for the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award at the 16th Annual Women in Entertainment breakfast she publicly thanked her long time friend Cydney Bernard. She thanked her by saying, “my beautiful Cydney who sticks with me through all the rotten and the bliss.”
Fans have often wondered if not wished she were a lesbian. Now it seems she is a little more comfortable with it and is letting the rest of us in on the secret. Jodie has always been good at staying out of the tabloids and I don’t see her coming out [if indeed she did] would make her any more of a target for them.
All I have to say is — way to go Jodie and congrats on that award too.
Since the accident I have pretty much been stuck in the house with nothing to do but watch television and play on my computer. There is no opportunity for me to get out and about to do my Christmas shopping this year. Thank goodness I still have time shop online. However, I am on a bit of a budget too as I have been out of work now for two weeks. So I need to watch what I am spending. Well as I have stated previously, we were in a pretty bad accident on Sunday November 25th 2007. We were coming home after running a few errands. Leaving Wal-mart of all places [but not the Wal-mart that has been pissing me off with their DVD pricing this is one with good pricing]. When all of the sudden this SUV decides to make a left hand turn crossing over our lane in front of us.
I had a very similar accident 10 years ago when a white Ford Explorer decided to cross the road I was driving on directly in front of me. To live through two of these near head on collisions is amazing. With each succeeding accident my injuries have gotten worse. So I guess in 2017 I will have to watch out for any Ford Explorer trying to go in front of my car, because I most likely won’t survive the third on of these accidents. Especially if the rest of my dream from last year comes true.

And I have my suspicions he was on his cell phone. I do know he did not even bother to have his turn signal on when he cut in front of us nearly killing us both. [Sorry the photos are rather blurry. Last year I had a dream about one of my exes being in a automobile accident. They were driving a late model dark SUV and were T-Boned. The SUV flipped. It was bad possibly fatal. For weeks, even months, I felt like I lost someone close to me. So I tracked down the ex after fifteen years to see how they were doing, but I was only treated like a psychotic stalker [which I could hardly be if I waited fifteen years to hunt them down now could I?].
Well it turns out I had the interpretation wrong. The accident did involve a dark green late model SUV but it was me in the vehicle that hit that SUV. Since that accident a week ago I have been in severe pain due to the six broken ribs and numerous bruises.
I know that my ex would be happy to know I am the injured party in all this, especially after the way my request for info last year went down. I wonder if I wrote to tell them I am badly injured if they would consider that harassment even though contact was made a year apart? Knowing them yeah. But would the joy of knowing of my injuries out weigh the psychosis of thinking I am stalking them? Nah, they would most likely balance out and I would get a call from that cop friend again telling me to leave them alone, how childish and paranoid can you be to take a step like that. But this time mister officer could look up the police report on my end to know I am telling the truth.
Well, screw them and next time I dream they are in trouble we will have to assume the information is meant for me again and I will leave them alone.
