We are going to be building a new home (if everything works out that is) and all the new homes have finished garages. Which looks really nice but we lose all the extra storage we currently have in our rafters in our current garage. Besides we want to use the garage for both our cars, which is a big luxury for us since we only have a single car garage at the moment.
